THE ALLUVIAL DIAMOND MINING (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2006.

 

 In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 123 of the Mines and Minerals Act, 1994, the Minister of Mineral Resources hereby makes the following Rules:­

1.       These Rules shall be deemed to have come into operation Commence on the 1st day of January, 2006.

2.       The Alluvial Diamond Mining Rules are amended by the Amendment revocation and replacement of the First Schedule by the following schedule: -
