The Public Health (Amendment) Act, 2004

Being an Act to amend the Public Health Act, 1960, to upgrade
and denominate fines in leones.

[26th August, 2004

Enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this
present Parliament assembled.

Amendment The Public Health Act, 1960 is hereby amended by the repeal and

of Act No. 23 replacement of the fines contained in the Act as follows:-
of 1960. ^F

For the amounts specified in the First Column, wherever they
occur in the Act, substitute the corresponding amount specified in
the Second Column.
