The External Telecommunications Tax (Amendment) Act, 2004
Being an Act to amend the External Telecommunications Tax Act, 1995.

[26th July, 2002]

Enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled.
1. This Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th day of July, 2001.

2. Section 11 of the Foreign Travel (Ticket) Tax Act, 1975 is hereby repealed.

Passed in Parliament this 25th day of March, in the year of our Lord two thousand and four.
