The Sierra Leone Military Forces (Amendment) Act, 1974

[16th April 1971.}

Be it enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled, as follows: —

1. This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 16th day of April, 1971.

2. Subsections (4) and (5) of section 72 of the Sierra Leone Military Forces Act. 1961 are hereby repealed.

Passed in Parliament this 20th day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy-four.
