TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

HAVING CONSIDERED the request from the Zeitenspiegel Reportagen of Germany on behalf of Mr. Lukas Coch (photojournalist), for permission to film in the Public Gallery of Courtroom I on Thursday, the 6th of March 2008, received by the Trial Chamber on the 3rd of March 2008;

Mindful of the Order of the Trial Chamber on the 4th of March 2008, authorising Mr. Lucas Coch to film in the Public Gallery during the session on Thursday the 6th of March 2008;

NOTING that the session on Thursday the 6th of March was a closed session;

HEREBY ORDERS that the Order of the Trial Chamber of the 4th of March 2008 remains in force save that the Proceedings to be filmed shall be that of Friday the 7th of March 2008 or a subsequent open session should such session be closed to the public.
