TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

RECALLING that this case opened on the 3rd of June 2004, and closed on the 18th of October 2006;

RECALLING that the final version of the closing brief for the First Accused, Samuel Hinga Norman, was filed on the 27th of November 2006, the final version of the closing brief for the Second Accused, Moinina Fofana, was filed on the 24th of November 2006, the final version of the closing brief for the Third Accused, Allieu Kondewa, was filed on the 8th of January 2007, and that the final version of the closing brief of the Office of the Prosecutor was filed on the 15th of December 2006;[1]

RECALLING that the closing arguments of the parties were heard on the 28th-30th of November 2006;

HEREBY ORDERS that the Judgement in these proceedings shall be pronounced in public on Monday, the 30th of July 2007 at 10:00 a.m.
