TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet, and Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe;
NOTING the Order Scheduling Judicial Recess dated the 8th of June 2007;
RECALLING the Scheduling Order Detailing Judicial Calendar (May – July 2007) dated the 7th of May 2007, ordering that the Defence case proceed until Friday, the 27th of July 2007 and resume on Wednesday, the 5th of September 2007;
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;
HEREBY ORDERS that the Defence case shall proceed until Friday, the
29th of June 2007.
Subject to any further Order by
this Chamber, the Defence case shall then resume on Tuesday, the
11th of September 2007.
