NOTING that the seventh trial session in this case commenced on the 3rd of May, 2006 and will be running until the 16th of June, 2006, inclusive;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;

HEREBY ORDERS

  1. that a Status Conference in this case shall be held on Tuesday, the 12th of September, 2006 at 2:45 p.m. in Courtroom I; and
  2. that the eighth trial session shall run from Wednesday, the 13th of September, 2006 at 09:30 a.m. to Thursday, the 7th of December, 2006, inclusive.
