MINDFUL of the “Consequential Order to the Status Conference of 22 March 2006”;

CONSIDERING the following sentence in the preamble of this Order:

NOTING that the seventh trial session in this case is scheduled to commence on the 3rd of March, 2006 with a preceding Status Conference on the 2nd of March, 2006;

CONSIDERING that this sentence should, instead, read as follows:

NOTING that the seventh trial session in this case is scheduled to commence on the 3rd of May, 2006 with a preceding Status Conference on the 2nd of May, 2006;


FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,


PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court,


ORDERS that the Order be amended as follows:

NOTING that the seventh trial session in this case is scheduled to commence on the 3rd of May, 2006 with a preceding Status Conference on the 2nd of May, 2006;
