TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber I”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe;

RECALLING that the Order Detailing Judicial Calendar dated the 8th of February 2006 orders that a status conference in the matter of Prosecutor v. Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustine Gbao will be held on the 19th of June 2006 and that the eighth trial session proper will start on the 20th of June 2006 and will end on the 4th of August 2006;

RECOGNISING that this trial session should, in fact, have been scheduled to end on Thursday, the 3rd of August 2006;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:


  1. that a Status Conference shall be held on Monday, the 19th of June 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1; and
  2. that the eighth trial session in this case shall run from Tuesday, the 20th of June 2006 to Thursday, the 3rd of August 2006, inclusive.
