NOTING that the sixth trial session in this case commenced on the 19th of January, 2006 and will be running until the 24th of February, 2006, inclusive;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;

HEREBY ORDERS

  1. that a Status Conference in this case shall be held on the 1st of May, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom I ; and
  2. that the seventh trial session shall run from Tuesday, the 2nd of May, 2006 at 09:30 a.m. to Friday, the 16th of June, 2006, inclusive.
