IN TRIAL CHAMBER I (“The Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;


MINDFUL of the Trial Chamber’s decision of the 11th of May, 2004, in which it ordered that the joint trial of the three accused, Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustine Gbao, shall commence on the 5th of July, 2004;


NOTING the Order Detailing Judicial Calendar dated the 8th of October, 2005 in which the Chamber ordered that the fourth trial session for this case will run from the 5th of April, 2005 to the 13th of May, 2005, inclusive;


PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;


HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:


  1. that a Status Conference shall be held on Tuesday, the 5th of April, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1; and
  2. that the trial session will commence on Wednesday, the 6th of April, 2005 at 9:30 a.m.
