THE TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Justice, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;
RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Decision of 11th of May, 2004, in which it ordered that the joint trial of the three Accused, Sam Hinga Norman, Moinina Fofana and Allieu Kondewa, shall commence on the 3rd of June, 2004 at 10.00 a.m;
NOTING that the last Status Conference in this case was held on the 7th of September, 2004;
PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65 bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;
HEREBY ORDERS that a Status Conference shall be held on Tuesday, the 8th of February, 2004 at 9.30 a.m. in Courtroom I.
