ORDER that a further appearance of the Accused Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustine Gbao on the new charge of “Other Inhumane Act, a Crime Against Humanity” as contained in Count 8 of the Amended Consolidated Indictment shall take place before me on Monday, 17 May 2004 at 10.00am.
