THE TRIAL CHAMBER (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Judge Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Judge Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Judge Pierre Boutet;


NOTING that the second trial session was held from the 7th of September, 2004 to the 1st of October, 2004;


RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Order of the 23rd of July, 2004, scheduling the third trial session to run from the 1st of November, 2004 to the 7th of December, 2004;


PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;


HEREBY ORDERS that, the fourth and the fifth trial sessions of this case will run from the 8th of February, 2005 to the 17th of March, 2005 and from the 18th of May, 2005 to the 27th of June, 2005 respectively.
