NOTING the Majority Decision of the Trial Chamber in this case on the Prosecution’s Application for Leave to File an Interlocutory Appeal Against the Decision on the Prosecution’s Request for Leave to Amend the Indictment Against Samuel Hinga Norman, Moinina Fofana and Allieu Kondewa, filed on 2 August 2004 and the Dissenting Opinion of Judge Boutet filed on 5 August 2004;

NOTING the Prosecution Appeal Against the Trial Chamber’s Decision of 2 August 2004 Refusing Leave to File an Interlocutory Appeal, filed on 30 August 2004 (“the Appeal”);


HEREBY notifies the parties that the Defence should file its Responses to the Appeal within 10 days of the receipt of this Order and that the Prosecution should file a consolidated Reply, if any, within 5 days of the filing of the Defence Responses.
