Being an Act to amend the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1978 (Act No. 12 of 1978)

[7th April, 1986.]

Be it enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled, as follows—

Section 39 of the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1978 (Act No. 12 of 1978) is hereby repealed.

Passed in Parliament this 3rd day of April, in the year of our Lord on© thousand nine hundred and eighty-six.
