Being an Act to amend the Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1978 (Act No. 12 of 1978)

[7th April, 1986.]

Be it enacted fay the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled, as follows—

The Constitution of Sierra Leone, 1973 (Act No. 12 of 1978) is hereby amended by the substitution for the words "not exceeding seven" appearing in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 43 thereof, of the words "not exceeding ten"

Passed in Parliament this 19th day of March, in year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighty-six.
