Stronge - Justice of Appeal, the Hon Justice P.E. Macaulay - Justice of Appeal, in the presence of C.C.V. Taylor, Esq; Counsel for the Applicants and A.F. Serry-Kamal Esq. Counsel for the Respondent.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the following Orders were made:-

"The Order, ordering the payment of Le100,000,000 in the Lower Court is set aside The stay of execution of the Judgment of the Lower Court is granted on the following terms.

1.  Applicant to pay the sum of Le50,000,000 (Fifty Million Leones) into an interest bearing account in one of the Commercial Bank in Freetown within ten days from today and evidence of such account be made available to the Court and the Respondent.

2.  The Applicant to enter into a bond guaranteeing the payment of the Respondent the rest of the Judgment debt and interest within ten days from today if the appeal does not succeed.

3.  Payment of the taxed cost of the Lower Court to the Respondent Solicitor subject to an undertaking by the Solicitor to refund same if the appeal succeeds

4.  Respondent to have the cost of this application assessed at Le500,000.00(Five

 Hundred Thousand Leones)
