I, JUDGE BANKOLE THOMPSON, of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), Presiding Judge of the Trial Chamber,


SEIZED of the Renewed Prosecution Motion for Protective Measures Pursuant to Order to the Prosecution for Renewed Motion for Protective Measures Dated 2 April 2004 filed by the Office of the Prosecutor (“Prosecution”) on 4 May 2004 (“Motion”);

NOTING that any response to the Motion by any of the Accused should be filed on or before Friday, 14 May 2004, if any;

NOTING the Order for Commencement of Trial of 11 May 2004;

CONSIDERING the need for the Motion to be dealt with expeditiously;

PURSUANT to Rule 7(C) and Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence
