TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

RECALLING the Scheduling Order Detailing Judicial Calendar (May – July 2007) dated the 7th of May 2007, ordering that the Defence case proceed until Friday, the 27th of July 2007 and resume on Wednesday, the 5th of September 2007;

RECALLING the Order Re-Scheduling the Judicial Calender dated the 20th of June, ordering that the Defence case proceed until Friday, the 29th of June 2007 and resume on Tuesday, the 11th of September, 2007;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

1) that a Status Conference will be held on Wednesday, the 26th of September 2007 at 10:00 a.m.;

2) that the Defence case will resume on Thursday, the 27th of September 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Subject to any further Order by this Chamber, the trial will then proceed continuously until its completion, save for Judicial Recesses.
