TRIAL CHAMBER I of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

RECALLING the Scheduling Order Detailing Judicial Calendar (May – July 2007) dated the 7th of May 2007, ordering that the Defence case proceed until Friday, the 27th of July 2007 and resume on Wednesday, the 5th of September 2007;

RECALLING the Order Re-Scheduling the Judicial Calendar dated the 20th of June 2007, ordering that the Defence case proceed until Friday, the 29th of June 2007 and resume on Tuesday, the 11th of September, 2007;

RECALLING the Order Re-Scheduling Judicial Calendar dated the 2nd of August 2007, ordering that a Status Conference be held on Wednesday, the 26th of September 2007 and that the Defence case resume on Thursday, the 27th of September 2007;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY

CONFIRMS that a Status Conference will be held on Wednesday, the 26th of September 2007 at 10:00 a.m.; and
ORDERS that the Defence case will resume on Thursday, the 4th of October 2007 at 9:30 a.m.


Subject to any further Order by this Chamber, the trial will then proceed continuously until its completion, save for Judicial Recesses. The Chamber will not be sitting on Wednesdays.

INSTRUCTS the Court Management Section to serve the present Order after 5:00pm today.
