TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet;

NOTING the Judgement rendered against the Second Accused, Moinina Fofana (“Fofana”) and the Third Accused, Allieu Kondewa (“Kondewa”) on the 2nd of August 2007, where the Trial Chamber found Fofana guilty on Counts 2, 4, 5 and 7 and Kondewa guilty on Counts 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 of the Indictment;

NOTING the Scheduling Order for Sentencing Hearing and Judgment issued on the 2nd of August 2007, ordering that the Sentencing Judgement would be rendered on the 24th of September 2007;

NOTING the Sentencing Hearing held pursuant to Rule 100(B) on the 19th of September 2007;

NOTING that at the Sentencing Hearing, the Chamber ordered that the Sentencing Judgement would be rescheduled to the 1st of October 2007;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY

ORDERS that the Sentencing Judgement be rescheduled to Monday, the 8th of October 2007 at 10:00 a.m.
