TRIAL CHAMBER II (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), composed of Justice Richard Lussick, presiding, Justice Teresa Doherty and Justice Julia Sebutinde;

SEISED of the Confidential Urgent Prosecution Motion on Witness Call Order, filed on 22 May 2006 (“Motion”);

CONSIDERING the need for the Motion to be dealt with expeditiously;

CONSIDERING FURTHER that a Status Conference shall be convened in order to review the status of the preparation of the case in order to ensure that the Defence Case will start as scheduled on 5 June 2006;

MINDFUL OF Rule 7(C) of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence;

HEREBY ORDERS as follows:

  1. Any Response to the Motion shall be filed on or before 4pm on Tuesday, 23 May 2006;
  2. Any Reply to the Response shall be filed on or before 4pm on Wednesday, 24 May 2006;
  3. A Status Conference shall be convened on Thursday 25 May 2006, at 11am.
