TRIAL CHAMBER II (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), composed of Justice Teresa Doherty, presiding, Justice Richard Lussick and Justice Julia Sebutinde;

CONSIDERING the Trial Chamber’s Decision on Prosecution Tender for Admission into Evidence of Information Contained in Notice pursuant to Rule 92bis, dated 18 November 2005 and the Trial Chamber’s order therein that certain documents should be re-filed in order to be admitted into evidence as exhibits (“Rule 92bis Decision”) ;

NOTING the Prosecution’s Supplemental Filing Pertaining to the Rule 92bis Decision, filed
on 21 November 2005 pursuant to the orders of the Trial Chamber;

ACCEPTING the Prosecution’s filing regarding Documents 26, 31 and 79 and admitting them into evidence as Exhibits P 50, P 52, and P 71(a), P 71(b), P 71(c) respectively;

NOTING the Prosecution’s explanation that they do not have a more legible copy of Document 81;

NOTING that Document 81 is an abstract of data held at the Office of the Deputy Registrar of Births and Deaths and that the original is retained and available for inspection upon request at his office;

NOTING further that the hard copy filed with the Court Management Services of the Special Court is legible and accessible to the Defence;

HEREBY CONFIRMS that Document 81 is admitted as Exhibit P 72;
