TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber I”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe;

RECALLING that the sixth trial session in the trial of Prosecutor v. Issa Hassan Sesay, Morris Kallon and Augustine Gbao commenced on the 2nd of November 2005 and will end on the 8th of December 2005;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:


  1. that a Status Conference shall be held on Monday, the 27th of February 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1; and
  2. that the seventh trial session in this case shall run from Tuesday, the 28th of February 2006 to Thursday, the 6th of April 2006, inclusive.
