THE APPEALS CHAMBER (“Appeals Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Justice Raja Fernando, Presiding Judge, Justice Emmanuel Ayoola, Justice George Gelega King, Justice Geoffrey Robertson, QC and Justice Renate Winter;
NOTING the Order on the Appointment of Amicus Curiae filed on 2 December 2005;
WHEREAS the Order mistakenly mentions the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in its last paragraph, when it should mention Amnesty International;
HEREBY ORDERS the correction of the last paragraph of the Order, which should read:
ORDERS Amnesty International to file a written brief no later than 16 December 2005 with any responses by the Parties to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
