NOTING the Order on the Appointment of Amicus Curiae filed on 2 December 2005;


WHEREAS the Order mistakenly mentions the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights in its last paragraph, when it should mention Amnesty International;


HEREBY ORDERS the correction of the last paragraph of the Order, which should read:

ORDERS Amnesty International to file a written brief no later than 16 December 2005 with any responses by the Parties to be filed within two weeks thereafter.
