TRIAL CHAMBER II (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), composed of Justice Teresa Doherty, presiding, Justice Richard Lussick and Justice Julia Sebutinde;

RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Scheduling Order Detailing Amendments to the Judicial Calendar, dated 3 May 2005 (Scheduling Order);

RECALLING that the Scheduling Order was subject to further orders of the Trial Chamber;

PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence the Trial Chamber orders that the Scheduling Order be modified with regard to the commencement of the fourth Trial Session as follows:

The Fourth Trial Session will commence on Tuesday 13th September 2005 and end on Friday 16 December 2005, subject to further Order of the Trial Chamber.
