THE ALLUVIAL GOLD MINING (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2006

 

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 123 of the Mines and Minerals Act, 1994, the Minister of Mineral Resources hereby makes the following Rules: -

1.       These Rules shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2006.

2.       The Alluvial Gold Mining Rules are amended as follows: -

a.       By the revocation and replacement of rule 7 by the following rule: -

7. The fees for the licences or certificates shall be as set out in the Second Schedule. 

b.      By the insertion after the First Schedule of the following: -
