THE FISHERIES (FEES) REGULATIONS, 2006.
In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 107 of the Fisheries (Management and Development) Act 1994, the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, hereby makes the following
Regulations: -
1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2006.
2. The fees and royalties set out in the Schedule shall be charged for the issuance of the licences set out in the Schedule.
SCHEDULE
(A) INDUSTRIAL FISHING LICENCES
1. Categories Al and 2: Shrimps and Cephalopod Trawlers
