The National Drugs Control (Amendment) Act, 2008.

Being an Act to amend the National Drugs Control Act, 2008.

[18th September, 2008] Date of commencement.

Enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled.

The National Drugs Control Act, 2008 is amended as follows:-(a) by the insertion of the following:-

This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the President by statutory instrument":

by renumbering the existing section 1 as section 1 A; and

by substituting for the expression "section 1" wherever it appears in the Act, the expression "section 1A".

Passed in Parliament this 21st day of August, in the year of our Lord two thousand and eight.
