The Administration of Estates (Amendment) Act, 2006.

Being an Act to amend the Administration of Estates Act, Cap 45.

[20th April, 2006]

Enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled.

Sections 40 and 41 of the Administration of Estates Act, are amended by substituting "one million leones" for the words "fifty pounds" wherever they occur in those sections.

Passed in Parliament this 21st day of March, in the year of our Lord two thousand and six.
