The Summary Ejectment (Amendment) Act, 2006.

Being an Act to amend the Summary Ejectment Act so as to increase the jurisdiction of Magistrates' Courts in respect of summary ejectment.

[9th February, 2006]

Enacted by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled.

Section 3 of the Summary Ejectment Act, is amended by the substitution of the words "five million leones" for the words " two hundred and fifty pounds".

Passed in Parliament this 2 7th day of October, in the year of our Lord two thousand and five.
