The Appeals Chamber,
SEISED of the Joint Prosecution and Defence Request for an Order for Expedited Filing (“Joint Motion”), filed on 7 December 2007, which requests
that the Appeals Chamber order that any submissions on appeal be filed by 4 pm, 12 December 2007, that any response be filed by 4 pm, 14 December 2007, and that any reply be filed by 4 pm, 17 December 2007. [And further requests] the Appeals Chamber ... to order Court Management to accept the filing of any reply on 17 December 2007;
CONSIDERING that the Parties to this appeal have apparently agreed on their own initiative to expedite their filings such that their filings will be completed by 17 December 2007;
NOTING the Order Allowing A Filing During Judicial Recess, filed by the President of the Special Court on 7 December 2007, which allows the Defence to file their replies, if any, on 17 December 2007 no later than 4 p.m.;
HEREBY DISMISSES the Joint Motion as moot.
