TRIAL CHAMBER II (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), composed of Justice Teresa Doherty, presiding Judge, Justice Richard Lussick and Justice Julia Sebutinde;
NOTING the majority Decision on the Confidential Joint Defence Application for Withdrawal by Counsel for Brima and Kamara and the Request for Further Representation by Counsel for Kanu, dated 20 May 2003;
CONSIDERING that the last sentence of the preamble should read as follows:
RECALLING FURTHER that the Trial Chamber handed down oral orders on 12 May 2005 due to the urgency and importance of this matter and indicated that a reasoned decision would follow in due course;
FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS,
PURSUANT to Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court,
ORDERS that the Decision be amended as set out above.
