TRIAL CHAMBER I (“Trial Chamber I”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Justice Pierre Boutet, Presiding Judge, Hon. Justice Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Justice Benjamin Mutanga Itoe;

RECALLING that the forth trial session commenced on the 5th of April 2005 and ended on the 17th of May 2005;
RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Order Detailing Amendment to Judicial Calendar and Scheduling Order for Status Conference of the 20th of May 2005 scheduling the fifth trial session to run from Tuesday, the 5th of July, 2005 to Friday, the 5th of August, 2005, inclusive;


PURSUANT TO Rule 54 and Rule 65bis of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;
HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:


  1. that a Status Conference shall be held on Tuesday, the 18th of October 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 1; and
  2. that the sixth trial session in this case shall run from Wednesday, the 19th of October 2005 to Thursday, the 8th of December 2005, inclusive.
