THE TRIAL CHAMBER (“Trial Chamber”) of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”) composed of Hon. Judge Benjamin Mutanga Itoe, Presiding Judge, Hon. Judge Bankole Thompson, and Hon. Judge Pierre Boutet;


NOTING that the second trial session commenced on the 4th of October, 2004 and will end on the 29th of October, 2004;


RECALLING the Trial Chamber’s Order of the 23rd of July, 2004, scheduling the third trial session to run from the 10th of January, 2005 to the 4th of February, 2005;


PURSUANT TO Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Special Court;


HEREBY ORDERS that, the fourth and the fifth trial sessions of this case will run from the 5th of April, 2005 to the 13th of May, 2005 and from the 1st of July, 2005 to the 9th of August, 2005 respectively.
