I, JUDGE BANKOLE THOMPSON, of the Special Court for Sierra Leone (“Special Court”), Presiding Judge of the Trial Chamber,


SEIZED of the Prosecution Motion for Modification of Protective Measures for Witnesses filed by the Office of the Prosecutor (“Prosecution”) on 4 May 2004 (“Motion”);

NOTING that any response to the Motion by any of the Accused should be filed on or before Friday, 14 May 2004, if any;

NOTING the Order for Commencement of Trial of 11 May 2004;

CONSIDERING the need for the Motion to be dealt with expeditiously;

PURSUANT to Rule 7(C) and Rule 54 of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence


ORDER that any Prosecution reply shall be filed in a single and consolidated form, of no more than 15 pages in length, on or before Tuesday, 18 May 2004 and such reply, if any, shall be filed before 4.00pm.
